• Solid core management team with relevant experience in the targeted industry, history of significant accomplishments, strong drive and skills for managing rapidly growing firms.
• Distinctive product or service in the interactive market whereby the company can establish and maintain a strong position with its customers.
• Existence or reasonable potential for a large and growing market available to the company.
• Thoughtful business plan which demonstrates the company's vision, value proposition and business model along with realistic steps for achieving the plan.
• Reasonable valuations which recognize the value of the current business and risks involved.
